Henderson police seek clues in year-old homicide
Wed, Jul 23, 2008 (1:36 p.m.)
A year ago today, 27-year-old Ryan Thibault went into the garage of his home at 983 Gold Bear Drive, near South Eastern Avenue and West Horizon Ridge Parkway.
Thibault was found with a gunshot wound about 5:15 p.m. After surviving the shooting, Thibault died on Sept. 12, 2007, in a rehabilitation hospital in Los Angeles County.
And Henderson police are still searching for his killer.
A group of people were in the house watching a movie when Thibault went out into the garage, said Keith Paul, Henderson Police Dept. spokesman. A few
minutes later, a gunshot was heard. When friends checked the garage, they found Thibault on the floor.
Any information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, could prove to be a vital detail that leads police to an arrest in Thibault's killing, Paul said.
Anyone with information can contact the Henderson Police Department at 267-5000 or contact detectives at 267-4750. Anyone wishing to remain
anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 385-5555. Any person providing details leading to a successful prosecution may be eligible for a cash reward.
